HIIT Muay Thai
Here at MSA Liverpool Muay Thai we incorporate this modern high intensity interval training concept into our classes, using a variety of different exercise including Muay Thai techniques, HIIT Muay Thai will Rapidly Improve your Strength & Fitness Levels. High Intensity Interval Training is widely used by many Strength & Conditioning coaches.
Your class will consist of simple warm up exercises and stretching followed by high intensity interval Training (HIIT Muay Thai) using basic footwork and technical drills usually followed with a more technical warm down which includes some basic self defence techniques. You will also be taught how to use the equipment in a safe & correct manner.
Your class will consist of HIIT Muay Thai practicing a variety of combinations including advanced & spectacular techniques. Your warn down will include advanced self defence and Muay Boran techniques.
The Traditional Art of Muay Boran is a battlefield tested form of fighting which has given birth to the modern Art and Sport of Muay Thai.
The Sparring class is an optional class for those who wish to test their skills in a more realistic way, you will be sparring under the close supervision of Kru Keith. Protective gear is worn by all students to avoid injuries. (Advanced)
